Can I achieve my desired results with a rhinoplasty revision? 10 years post op (photos)

Looking if it’s possible to fix the outcome of my initial rhinoplasty. Don’t even want to take pictures and i don’t want to continue this it’s already been 10 years. I’ve edited some pictures to show some desired outcomes. Would any of this be possible ? Any recommendations? I love my collumella show other than that, I feel I was jipped my first surgery! Thank you !

You didn't post a complete set of photos (I think profile views would be very very helpful here, as well as views that show the whole nose rather than just the tip), but the exact changes that you are seeking seem to be not typical to me. The tip of the nose looks isolated from the bridge, on the frontal view, and I'm wondering whether the nose looks too long on profile and true 3/4 views -- not that you have to dislike that, but I'm just wondering whether you might like a set of well-designed morphs if you had a chance to see what an overall evaluation comes up with. *Only* filling our the relative depression on the left side of the tip might make the tip look wider, longer, somehow worse. And you have to be very careful that your next operation is well-planned and maximize the chances that it's your last!

See? I'm suggesting that you not just find a doctor who will fill out that depression that bothers you, but rather someone who will put your entire nose in context and at least offer you the opportunity to address more of the nose. You don't have to do anything you don't like.

Based on what is circled, it looks like you had over-resection of your tip cartilages, probably in an attempt to make your tip narrower, and now you are experiencing collapse laterally. You will need to rebuild this area with more cartilage. I don't know where you still hvae cartilage in you, which will be the hardest step is figuring out where to get it from!
