After my first rhinoplasty a small bump formed with an indent. My surgeon said he could do another procedure ( it's just a small touch up) he said the bump is mainly cartilage and can trim it/shave it down and put alloderm over my bridge since I have very thin skin. I don't know much about alloderm but someone on reddit said after her revision where they used alloderm a new bump formed. Can this happen with alloderm? What risks does alloderm pose?
