2.5 years post rhinoplasty/septoplasty for a deviated septum. Breathing improved significantly and nostrils more symmetrical. My old nose had a defined tip. My new tip is hard/ wider. I am also concerned about lingering swelling and numbness. My surgeon will perform a revision at low cost. His suggestion “cartilage grafting over the mid dorsum to the tip + possible peritip grafting for slight lengthening/tip sharpening" Am I a good candidate, what are potential risks, other recommendations?
