Is deprojection of nose difficult as a revision on previous work?

I am currently looking at getting revision rhinoplasty as I have a nose that is too long for my face and would like to reduce its projection. I had original rhinoplasty 20 years ago and wanted to know if deprojection of one’s nose was difficult surgery to undertake as a revision on previous work?
