Can a blend of rib & ear be used to make the reconstructed nose softer after rhinectomy?

Could a full nose reconstruction expert please help me with these questions, one who can make aesthetically nice nose w/ autologous materials (no nasal tissues left). 1) Can a blend of rib & ear be used to make the reconstructed nose softer? 2) Can columella be remade w/ ear? 3) Are spreader grafts uncomfortable? 4) what happens to extra skin in reconstruction, is it cut? 5) can columella rib graft be removed? 6) can columella scars be cut out with new skin to drape? Thank you!!!

There are sooo many ways of addressing the problems that you describe. If you truly need a "full nose reconstruction," then spreader grafts would be only a small piece of the puzzle. Photos, taken from different angles, and your comments about what you notice most and what bothers you most,...

I usually say to wait 12-24 months before making a final decision on a rhinoplasty, but in your case...I must agree that there is some significant deviation of the nose to your left, asymmetric nares, alar notching/retraction, flared medial crural footplates, and some midvault contour...
