If somebody's bridge was made to low during rhinoplasty surgery, sometimes this can be built up with fillers or with cartilage grafting. It is possible to restore a dorsal hump. Filler can be used for temporary change. For permanent change a cartilage graft or synthetic implant can be used. However, it is not possible to make it look exactly like before. RegardsDr. J
