The small holes that you are pointing to with your finger may be marks from the sutures that were placed. In my opinion, scar revision for this might be tricky. Sometimes, if alar plasty scars don't look acceptable, dermabrasion may be considered for smoothing out their appearance. It is very difficult to evaluate your scar in such a small area based on these photos. It would be in your best interest to address this issue with your plastic surgeon or seek in-person second opinion consult. Hope this helps.

Your have a prominent suture mark and some pits where the surgery was done. It’s a simple correction

I suggest you follow up with your provider who did the procedure regarding your concerns of your rhinoplasty results.
It looks like you have some suture marks from the procedure.
