Age 46, noticed changes in face for about 5 years now, do I look like I have acromegaly? (Photos)

Question

For about 5 years now I've noticed some changes to my face, my nose looks huge now before it was average sized, my chin and jaw line look alot bigger, my cheeks look deflated also and my head looks longer and elongated than it use to be. I had tests for acromegaly but came back negative, but my face is just looking more different every year, I look like I'm looking more masculine aswell, I have put a before picture of me aged 41 and a recent picture of me aged 46 Thank You.

I don’t think you have acromegaly. Six years is more than half a decade. I bet if you looked at pictures from ages 24-30, or 30-36 you would see similar amount of change. 
Signs of maturation can be hard for some to accept. 
My best advice is daily sunscreen, avoidance of sun exposure, consideration of excess weight and avoidance of all tobacco products.
