Can indirect pressure, like plank/side-plank pose affect rhinoplasty results?

It is best to meet with a surgeon to further assess if you are a good candidate for a nose job. Scheduling a consult with a surgeon with allow the surgeon to be able to see your nose in person and gather more information.

I have to say that you have an impressive narrowing of your tip and bridge, one week after your Kenalog injection. The good news is that you're clearly persistently swollen, even though you're one year postoperative. We may utilize Kenalog for supratip swelling because the skin is thick there....

It looks like the very base of your nasal septum is deviated to the left side causing the visible bulge that you were referring to.
