It's been a little over a year since my rhinoplasty. My tip was still swollen and had scar tissue on one side, causing it to look like a ball under the skin. I recently had Kenalog injections on that side, and it seems to be diminishing. Can Kenalog can also be injected on the bridge of the nose ? When I stretch the skin back, it looks a lot better. I'm not sure if there is excess scar tissue. Photo w towel on my head is one week after injection , the rest are before injection. Thx (:

You appear to have relatively thin nasal skin, and since you are describing this protuberance as firm, I would think at six months after rhinoplasty, this is cartilage and not swelling, which tends to be compressible. If you indeed have to have this lowered, it would not be a major undertaking,...
