It is best to meet with a surgeon to further assess if you are a good candidate for a nose job. Scheduling a consult with a surgeon with allow the surgeon to be able to see your nose in person and gather more information.
Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide nasal appearance with a dorsal hump and an overprojected droopy nasal tip. Please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you could see what to expect after the surgery. I hope this helps and I wish you well moving forward! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Hi from Istanbul! Absolutely, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. This procedure will reduce the prominence of your nasal bridge and slim down the sides with an osteotomy. Given that your nasal tip appears a bit elongated and narrow when viewed from both the front and side, a subtle shortening would significantly enhance its appearance. All this can be accomplished through a closed rhinoplasty, ensuring a more harmonious and balanced profile without any visible scars. Best of luck on your journey.
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos you have dorsal hump for get rid of this image I recommend you rhinoplasty surgery. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best regards!
Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.
A rhinoplasty would do a couple of things for you: take off the dorsal hump and increase the angle of the nose and upper lip (right now it is about 90 degrees and it should be about 110 degrees). Another thing to consider is a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. I do not believe you need a chin implant as your chin is well aligned. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hi! This is Arzu from Dr. Caner Kacmaz Clinic. You are a very good candidate for piezo( ultrasonic) rhinoplasty. With piezo the shape is given without breaking the nose and recovery is faster. Kind regards
I see three main areas to address on your nose. You have that bump on the bridge. Your nose is long, with the tip hanging down more than perhaps it needs to. And the profile view shows, in addition to the low tip, that the tip projects forward away from your face strongly. Bringing the tip back closer to your face helps in making the nose look less prominent. How *much* to elevate the tip, or deproject the nose, or make other changes? We figure that out with morphs, well before surgery. I'd love for you to see some excellent professionally-designed morphs of what could possibly be done with your nose. Morphs could also help you identify better just what's bothering you, and help you set a goal for the rhinoplasty that's accurate for your tastes. Profile and three-quarter views would be particularly important in morphing your nose. (Side note: in my opinion, morphs should really be done by the surgeon, or he should direct an assistant as she makes the morphs. Morphs should be made with a constant eye to what actually *can* be done in surgery, for that particular nose, and the surgeon has that information and judgment best.)Finally, remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. The changes that your nose needs require advanced techniques, and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. It's much better to not have surgery than to have inexpertly-performed surgery. Read my essay on how to stay out of trouble while selecting a rhinoplasty surgeon. And it also discusses how to take photos that are best for online evaluations.
I think a series of subtle refinements would add up to a very nice improvement. Overall, your nose is a pleasing fit with your facial proportions, but small adjustments would add up to a big difference:1/ Slim the nose on the frontal view2/ Carefully remove the bump visible on the side view without significantly lowering the overall profile3/ Raise the tip a small amount, so the angle between the tip and the upper lip is 90° or a little moreThese would all be part of a standard rhinoplasty. Hope this helps your decision-making!
Unless you have some unmentioned significant health issue there is no reason why your nose couldn't be adjusted to be more to your liking. It would take about an hour and you'd have a plastic cast on your nose for about a week. Watch our videos to learn more.
The small holes that you are pointing to with your finger may be marks from the sutures that were placed. In my opinion, scar revision for this might be tricky. Sometimes, if alar plasty scars don't look acceptable, dermabrasion may be considered for smoothing out their appearance. If this is...
I have to say that you have an impressive narrowing of your tip and bridge, one week after your Kenalog injection. The good news is that you're clearly persistently swollen, even though you're one year postoperative. We may utilize Kenalog for supratip swelling because the skin is thick there....
It looks like the very base of your nasal septum is deviated to the left side causing the visible bulge that you were referring to. In general, septoplasty surgeries should be performed with general anesthetic, in our opinion, since the nasal airway can bleed and it is safer to protect the lower...
