How to remove cleft chin (surgically)? (Photo)

I'm more than aware you can use fillers but I'm a trans woman and want my cleft chin completely gone or as much as possible permanently. Wondering if that is just a standard chin augmentation? I'm ready to start having consultations just curious about what path might be best if any doctors on here have experience with cleft chin removal.
