Wanting to look feminine - what are my procedure options?

Hi , I dress up as a girl at times , I want to look permanently as my dressed up self . Can someone please let me know what procedures I should be getting in order to look like my dressed up self permanently. Please provide the list in an order of how I should be getting the things done . Thanks
