I feel like my features are very spread and it's unappealing. How could I make my face less wide looking? (Photos)

Ive got Botox in my masseters to try to help slim down my very jaw-heavy look. My head almost looks like a square with my jaw so square. Maybe it is a bit of jowls developing? I don't know, but as i get older it gets worse. My eyes are also pretty far apart, and i think my brow looks heavy. Despite being a cis woman, i feel like maybe I need something like facial feminization surgeries? Everything is so bulbous and unrefined. There's something off but idk what could help. Thank you for help!

The first thing is to determine what is the cause - bone or soft tissue. Then, if bone, burring is a great way to go. Genioplasty would make no sense for you. Watch our videos to learn more.
