My chin is a tad assymytrical and is very pointed and protruded. It’s not noticeable from the front but very noticeable from the side. I would simply want the pointiness to be removed, not a super big change. Would chin burring accomplish this? Could it be done under local anesthesia and how much would it cost?? What type of surgeon would I be looking for (since it is not a common procedure)?
