I used to wear contact lenses. I have also had minor trauma to my left eyelid (right eye in the pic). Sometimes my left eyelid feels tired and different from the right one. I have attached a pic which on a bad day what my eye looks like. Does my left eye have Ptosis? would the muller's muscle resection technique be appropriate? Is one way to be 100% sure if this is ptosis and if the muller method would work is to use phenylephrine eye drops? Would the feeling also go away after surgery?

You may have might left upper eyelid ptosis and may benefit from ptosis surgery or there may be other alternatives to camouflage such as filler injection or skin surgery. Need more detailed evaluation to determine.
