Wondering what is the best court of action. My left eye (seen on the right side because it is a mirrored picture) seems to always hav this ptosis and triple eyelid going on. When I got consecutive sleep for several month, the triple eyelid did go away back in college but that's not a permanent solution. Just would like for someone to confirm that I have ptosis and extra skin and what my options are from least to not invasive. Thank you!

Assuming the photos are not flipped (mirror image), you appear to be raising your left brow, which could mean that you also have left upper eyelid ptosis but are compensating for it by raising the brow.
Also, your right lower eyelid sits lower than your left, and the right eye appears possibly...
