Uneven eyelid crease 9 years after ptosis surgery - Am I a good surgical candidate? (photos)

Hello I’m 27 years old and when I was 18 I had a ptosis surgery on my left eye and I have notice than my eyelid’s crease on my left eye looks kind of uneven and it’s even worse when I get tired and, I’m not sure if I’m a good candidate for a surgery or what really cause it, I don’t use contacts I have astigmatism and myopia. I hope someone could help me.

You issue is that your creases are high. You also have residual ptosis and negative canthal angle. It is possible to surgically lower the upper eyelid crease while at the same time correct the residual upper eyelid ptosis. An anchor blepharoplasty (a component of the crease lowering surgery) will snug the upper eyelid platform skin and support the upper eyelid lashes. The goal of the surgery would be to create an outie upper eyelid fold. There is no substitute for an in-depth in person consultation. Your eyes can be your best feature.
