I'm 28F and have lost 80lbs in the last 2 years. I have flabby arms (not a TON of loose skin but some) and "genetic jowls" that I've had my whole life. I had 2 consultations this week and one surgeon offered arm / chin lipo, but said the jowls can only be fixed with a facelift. The other surgeon offered lipo with bodytite/facetite on arms and chin. He said the facetite can help tighten the jowl area since it's not really 'fat.' Which sounds more correct?
Answer: Face Both surgeons are correct since the jowl area is usually from loose skin which needs to be tighten either with radiofrequency or surgery. No more than you have, I suggest the Facetite first.

Answer: Considering options Congratulations on your impressive weight loss! FaceTite/BodyTite are good options for those with mild to moderate skin laxity who aren't quite ready for surgical lifts. RF technology is used to tighten skin and improve contours. Liposuction can be added to the procedure. There is no general anesthesia required either. You can visit my website or a provider near you to learn more. I've also included a video I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Arms and jowls Regarding your arms, photos can not reveal skin elasticity, an important bit of information necessary to diagnose the issue and recommend treatment. However, given your history of 80 pound weight loss, I would be doubtful that liposuction, with or without energy based systems, can properly contour your arms. Surgeons with devices like bodytite need to use them to justify their purchase or because they are unable to perform skin removing body contouring surgeries. I highly encourage more consultations with surgeons who perform all aspects of body contouring surgery. Regarding your jowls, facetite is an energy based device to 'tighten' skin of the face, however, your jowls have nothing to do with loose skin, and may not even be laxity of the deeper layer, the SMAS, either. It appears that these bulges are simply excess buccal fat that can be reduced in size easily.

Answer: Lipo with bodytite/facetite really works well. From the photos, you would do well with lipo of the arms and jawline/neck with the addition of facetite/bodytite under local. I'd also add morpheus to the procedures at the same time for extra tightening.
