Liposuction or arm lift?

Question

I’m 31 year woman. My under arms is flabby.. They also have stretch marks.. based on the pictures, I have received an answer from a few plastic surgeons that they could do liposuction for me. I'm afraid that the arms will remain even more loose and hanging. the other plastic surgeon I asked about liposuction uses the Lipomatic - Eva sp N.I.L for liposuction and the other plastic surgeon uses the Body Jet-Evo device for liposuction. What to do?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you have some loose skin so you might need arm lift. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Liposuction  under local with the addition of skin tightening bodytite/morpheus is really a great procedure for saggy arms when an arm tuck isn't quite needed yet.

There is definitely some excess skin in the area, however I would agree that it is not enough extra skin that I would pursue a formal brachioplasty. I would say liposuction with an energy device to assist in skin tightening (J-Plasma, BodyTite, etc) would be my recommendation. I think just regular liposuction would leave you with excess loose skin which would be an undesirable outcome.

You are young and your skin should recoil.  It is possible to do liposuction and if skin hangs then you can undergo a transverse incision as opposed to a long arm incision.

Liposuction alone may leave you with more loose skin, but it doesn't appear from the photos that an arm lift is necessarily warranted.  You may want to consider adding J Plasma to the liposuction to encourage the skin to retract as much as possible.  I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.
