I had fat transfer to my lower face due to jaw and chin contouring that left me with indentations. The fat grating was over done and I went back to remove some of it. I still am having the save issue and it looks like my lower face is jowling specifically on the left side. I hate it so much and have gone into debt for all of this just to have no pay back. Please help.

This question is best answered by your surgeon who is most familiar with the details of your surgery and how you've been progressing through recovery. Typically you should be able to resume all prior medications at this point.
Definitions like these should be discussed with your surgeon to ensure you are on the same page. Liposuction of the abdomen does not typically include the hips and flanks. However it may be included in the term "trunk". It's important that you are clear and comfortable with your surgical plan...
I would suggest Sculptra injections, which can help rebuild thin areas. It will be a few sessions and build gradually. Find someone who does a lot of Sculptra, especially in scarred areas.
