I would suggest Sculptra injections, which can help rebuild thin areas. It will be a few sessions and build gradually. Find someone who does a lot of Sculptra, especially in scarred areas.

Hello; My suggestion to you is; to have PLA injections in large areas, between 3-5 sessions. This; will both fill the hollow areas and since it stimulates for collagen formation; it will also create for tightening in the skin. In order to increase for the affects of PLA, I recommend for having it done; in Thermage Body; 1-2 months after the relevant injection as well.

I understand your concern. I would have to examine you but it appears that this is a contour irregularity after liposuction. This happens often when areas the undergo liposuction are not feathered appropriately.
The good news is that it can be fixed and I have done so with good results before. While there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result.I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result.However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
