Outward facing breasts - can I move them closer and create cleavage? (Photos)

Question

My breast face outward and I have a lot of space between them . Is there a way I can move them closer together and create cleavage ? I’m not too concerned with size (although I would like to go up but the overall shape is my main concern )

Thank you for your question and photos. the lateralized nipple areolar complexes will not move closer, unless it's done surgically which will create a circular scar. These often can spread. Placement of an implant to create a closer cleavage can be done without moving the nipple-areolar complex. This will give you a very nice result, accepting that the nipples will still point slightly laterally. See a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Improvement of your breast appearance can be achieved by implant augmentation and fat grafting. Carefully selected implants will improve this picture and visually make the areolas closer together; to achieve more cleavage, additional fat grafting of the upper and medial pole of the breasts will be needed. It is normal for breasts to face outward or towards sides especially when laying down since the chest is round.

Space between breasts and their location, shape on the chest wall, asymmetries  is genetic and can’t be changed drastically.

Cleavage can be improved with implants, but they will not touch in the middle without bra, clothing.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to further discuss your options and expectations.

Cleavage is about clothes. Increasing the overall size and shape will make it easier to create cleavage. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Just to clarify, your breasts cannot be brought "closer together", however, they can be made to APPEAR closer together with enhanced cleavage with a properly planned and performed breast augmentation.

Your breast glands and nipple-areola complexes appear symmetrically lateralized.  Management may include correctly selected and positioned implants with or without mastopexy-type parenchymal rearrangement / re-positioning with purse string medialization of nipple-areola complexes and ductal-sensory-blood supply preservation.
