Large areolas - Can I have breast augmentation without a lift or areola reduction? (Photos)

Hi there! I would love to get an inquire about my actual situation. I have had pregnancy before, and I always had breast smaller and I’m looking forward to get a breast augmentation soon but my main concern is that my areolas are too big. Although I dont mind them at all, I dont want to reduce them but is it still possible to get a breast augmentation without lift or areolas reduction in my case? I just want larger breast with implants and not looking forward to reduce my nipples .

Hi.  Yes, you can have breast augmentation without a lift or areola reduction. Certainly, you can fill up the volume with an implant to be whatever size you want. Your areolae will likely stretch so they will be a little larger. They will also not be as perky as you were before pregnancy.  If you want to change either of those things, then it would require more scars, and not everybody wants that. Best would be to talk to your surgeon in person to get an idea of the realistic outcome, depending on the size you choose.  Hope that helps!

You can have breast implants to enlarge your breast and leave the areolae as they are without a lift.

This usually changes the proportions and the areolae look more balanced on larger breasts.

They will maintain a lower, more natural position.
