How can my nostrils be made bigger? (Photos)

Hi! I had an alarplasty as part of my rhinoplasty, and I’m ok with the base wof the alars, however I do wish my nostrils were longer looking and even wider if possible. What procedure can fix this issue? I’m looking for a solution that doesn’t require touching any other part of the nose. Further, will the columella also need to be adjusted as part of this? If yes, I don’t mind it being more lower. Can the nostril work be done without general anesthesia? Thank you
