If a patient is happy with their current nose but wants a subtle change, is the risk of a bad result worth it? (photos)

I’m looking for the attached change. Does this procedure require a rib graft and can it be done with fillers? Is it too subtle to recommend undergoing surgery if the patient is ok with the way it looks now - is the risk of a worse outcome too high?
