How accurate should I expect renderings to be? Is it ok if I can’t find before / after photos similar to what I want?

During my consultations, the doctor and I haven’t been able to manipulate the renderings in a way that I like (2d and 3d). Especially with vectra, should I be concerned if I don’t like any renderings? Similarly, if I don’t see any before / after photos I like, does this mean I shouldn’t move forward with surgery?
