Thanks for asking this question. I do not recommend implant to the nose for my patients. I have seen long term complications such as delayed infections. Rib cartilage is your own body tissue and natural. I recommend you seek an opinion with a board certified surgeon, ideally someone who has good experience in rhinoplasty. I hope this helps.
