Hi I am asian and I have a bulbous nose and I want to have a natural rhinoplasty to make nose look less wide. At first I wanted to have no implant but the doctor I talk to suggest me to have an implant as my nasal bridge looks undefined. My question is for undefined nose, do I have to have an implant to make my nose less wide? And if I have to, should I use silicone or rib cartilage because I heard for silicone is less permanent and moves around and I do not want to have an revision rhinoplasty.
