Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Your timeline is very tight for your photo shoot. I think you have two issues contributing to the profile.
(1) you have a recessive jaw/that is giving your neck the appearance of fullness.
(2) there is a small amount of fat contributing to the listed ideal contour of your profile.
I don't believe liposuction is going to give you the ultimate jawline profile that you desire and adding a skin tightening procedure such as FaceTite or laser assisted liposuction is going to help because your skin looks very resilient.
The best procedure so that you're not spending time and more money in the long run to be sliding genioplasty or implant to help your profile. With those two procedures, I believe that you could eliminate the need for liposuction.

Chin liposuction offers a fast recovery and will improve your chin and profile but your chin appears short and recessed. For a quick recovery, injectable fillers would be useful, but to provide balance to your lower face, a more invasive surgical procedure is needed. I usually recommend liposuction along the jawline as well to provide a well defined contour.

Based on your photos, the combination of these two procedures would lead to a pleasing jawline and less neck fat. Down time time would be around 1 week, and you would be close to your budget. This would be a surgical procedure with risks, however, in the right hands I believe it would lead to the best result. I hope this is helpful and thank you for your question. Your photographs demonstrate multiple issues going on which includes a recessive mandible bone/chin profile and fat deposits located both above and below your platysma muscle in your neck. Consider placement of a chin implant to augment your chin forward for better structural support for the soft tissues in the neck. Liposuction alone will be minimally effective because most of your fat deposits are located below the platysma muscle in your neck, which is going to require a neck lift procedure to surgically address removal of both compartments of fat. Due to your time constraints, just consider placement of a chin implant under local anesthesia and then you can consider surgery on your neck after your wedding. The minimal invasive procedures that you were referring to will do nothing for the sub-platysma fat in your neck.

I don’t recommend rushing into decisions regarding permanent irreversible, facial aesthetic procedures.I also don’t recommend patience, prescribed their own operations.The first step is the right provider and this is a time-consuming process.I recommend you do it by having multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community.The main reason you have a double chin is because your mandible is under developed in relationship to your maxilla.Liposuction may not completely fix this problem.I’m not a fan of facetite and I don’t think adding that to the procedure is going to make any difference.I suggest you include a couple of consultations for the oral surgeons to get a proper assessment and understanding of all the various treatment options regarding your mandible.It is simplistic to think that just removing fat is going to fix the problem when the problem itself is based on bone structure.I do not recommend Russian hand tube surgery, especially whether upcoming major events like photo shoots and weddings.If you’re out of time crunch then maybe don’t add a stressful procedure before these events.I know it’s important to look good for your pictures but recognize that significant number of people may not be happy with their outcome after surgery and having issues with the procedure and it outcome May not be a good thing to happen before you get married.
