I'm 28, was pregnant with one child. Do I need lipo + skin tightening or tummy tuck for a flat stomach? Thank you!

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You can achieve a flat stomach with either liposuction or tummy tuck. Based on your photos, I would recommend liposuction if you want to avoid the tummy tuck scar.

On the side view, you have lower abdominal bulging, below the belly button. Most commonly, this is due to rectus diastasis--a vertical split between the six pack muscles. Liposuction can reduce fat, but only a tummy tuck provides the opportunity to reduce fat and fix rectus diastasis.
An exam from a qualified plastic surgeon would be a great next step.

An in person assessment by a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. However, based on your photos alone, a tummy tuck may be more suitable for you. This is because you appear to have loose skin and stretch marks. Liposuction alone would not remove the loose skin. A tummy tuck would, giving you the flatter stomach you’re hoping for.

You have developed an important degree of saggy skin on your abdominal skin with uncountable, wide stretch marks and loose muscle which make you look protruding. 
So you are a perfect candidate for a Tummy Tuck and muscle repair and most likely a mons lift. In order to achieve a beautiful and attractive flat abdomen, smaller waist line and feminine flat mons.

You probably need some sort of skin removal to be happy, but this really just depends upon your expectations. BodyTite does not remove any fat, but it is capable of producing a 45% contraction in tissues. It can be combined with liposuction to improve contours dramatically. Results can be seen immediately after one treatment and are more evident over three to six months post-treatment. Wait until six months to fully evaluate the aesthetic results.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. Liposuction will only remove extra abdominal fat, not intra-abdominal fat content. From your side view, your abdominal wall is bulging anteriorly. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.
