On the side view, you have lower abdominal bulging, below the belly button. Most commonly, this is due to rectus diastasis--a vertical split between the six pack muscles. Liposuction can reduce fat, but only a tummy tuck provides the opportunity to reduce fat and fix rectus diastasis.
An exam from a qualified plastic surgeon would be a great next step.

This is because you appear to have loose skin and stretch marks. Liposuction alone would not remove the loose skin. A tummy tuck would, giving you the flatter stomach you’re hoping for.

Based on your photo provided, you would be a great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction of abdomen and flanks. This would allow the correction of your diastasis recti that likely occurred during pregnancy. Liposuction alone would not address the diastasis. You probably need some sort of skin removal to be happy, but this really just depends upon your expectations. BodyTite does not remove any fat, but it is capable of producing a 45% contraction in tissues. It can be combined with liposuction to improve contours dramatically. Liposuction will only remove extra abdominal fat, not intra-abdominal fat content. From your side view, your abdominal wall is bulging anteriorly. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.
