On the side view, you have lower abdominal bulging, below the belly button. Most commonly, this is due to rectus diastasis--a vertical split between the six pack muscles. Liposuction can reduce fat, but only a tummy tuck provides the opportunity to reduce fat and fix rectus diastasis.
