I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

From your photos it appears that the shape you have is largely influenced by visceral fat. This is the fat behind the abdominal muscle wall and surrounds your organs. The only way to lessen this fat is through weight loss from diet and exercise. I encourage you to see your surgeon about the knots along your incision line. It may be suture knots that can be addressed in the office.
