I’m 39 years old with a 4 year old daughter. I’ve went to get a mommy makeover and a arm lift which I was told an arm lift would be to much on my body. The tummy tuck I gotten has been giving me a lot of pain and discomfort either with or without the faja on and I have small to large knots along the inside of my incisions. Above my navel feels like a pregnant stomach and is hard. When I stand up the pain is worse like it’s pulling

From your photos it appears that the shape you have is largely influenced by visceral fat.  This is the fat behind the abdominal muscle wall and surrounds your organs.  The only way to lessen this fat is through weight loss from diet and exercise.  I encourage you to see your surgeon about the knots along your incision line.  It may be suture knots that can be addressed in the office.
