52 year-old female, extended tummy tuck, liposuction and thighs (weight 185, height 67.5 inches) I dropped down into the 29bmi in anticipation of my March appt over the last six months. I’m still loosing but very slowly. Will loosing the last 20lbs after an extended tummy tuck overly change results.

This will give your surgeon the opportunity to maximize your results. Usually any weight changes within ten pounds will not affect results, but getting as close as you can is recommended.
