I'm south asian (Indian background) with a droopy bottom lip and I'm concerned about losing facial attractiveness and its been an issue for a couple years.

It does not look that your upper lip is large in comparison to your lower lip; there is a good balance between the two. Lip reduction, when needed can be done in local anesthesia. Hope this helps.
