Is it possible to do lip reduction on one side of the lips only? (photos)

I have more fat on one side of the lips, which makes my lips look uneven(left). Moreover, one corner(left) is dropping down compared to the other. Is it possible to do a corner lip lift one one side of the lip(left) along with a lip reduction for only the left side?

Sure we can.  You have some enlarged glands in your lip that are making the lip look bumpy. We can remove or reduce those only in the areas where you need it, and, a corner lip lift can be done on the side that bothers you. Both of these are office procedures where you can give your feedback as we go.

Yes, it is possible. You would be a good candidate for a medialized corner lip lift (this surgery not only elevates the corners of the mouth, but increases the red lip visible on either end of the upper lip).
