Your photographs are somewhat limited as there is no lateral. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty. It appears your super tip is concave and needs to be straightened and the width of the nose made more narrow. You would also benefit from liposuction of the neck. A lip lift lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You may also benefit from a lip lift.

Yes, there are things that can be done to feminize the face. This is an area of unique interest of mine for more than 20 years.
