32 years old No makeup/filler in photos. Im self concious on my elongating philtrum, potentially pulling focus there

A profile photo would have been very helpful here. 
Generally speaking, before jumping to surgery, you might wish to consider a nonsurgical lip lift. From the front-face photos, there appears to be some suggestion of volume deficit in the upper lip. If so, then the use of an appropriate HA lip filler would be very helpful and the added volume would help to shorten the appearance of the philtrum. Likewise the use of a low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler could be used to outline the upper vermilion border further creating a lip lift and thus further diminishing the apparent philtral length. A couple of microdroplets of Botox on each side of the upper vermilion can further enhance this effect. All of the aforementioned are nonsurgical and thus engender little to no significant downtime. Food for thought if you wish to avoid surgery with its expense, risks and downtime.. Hope this helps and best of luck.
