You are an excellent candidate for a lip lift revision. Your previous lip lift was the bullhorn and did not got inside the nostril. You need the incision replaced within the nostril to be concealed better and you will need lateral extension. Lateral extension creates an eccentric pull that pulls up the corners of the mouth. An eccentric lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between the nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

It is impossible to see how much of dental show you have when smiling, from these photos. Revision of the scar and resection and reposition of orbicularis oris muscle will improve dental show and minimally shorten the lip.
