I have a recessed chin. Should I go for a sliding genioplasty, implant or extractions? (Photo)

I previously had braces to fix an overjet. This however did not fix other issues like lip incompetence or recessed chin. Would I need to extract teeth or a sliding genioplasty would be the best option?
