Does Galaflex mesh make revision surgery impossible?

Question

I had an anchor lift with Galaflex, plus implant exchange. I am mostly happy with the result, except for the lower lateral corners of the breasts sagging and creating a boxy square shape. Can this improve on its own? If it does not improve would it be possible for me to have a revision on the just the outerside of the horizontal incision, to remove those square corners on the lower breasts? Would I have to exchange implants again? Would the Galaflex make this impossible? Thank you

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

In short, no it does not make revision impossible.  The product does help create support.  The scar tissue that forms in the area may or may not make the revision more difficult.  A full consultation would be necessary to evaluate the tissues and goals, etc.  I recommend you work with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
