Hi, I’ve had 300cc silocone implants for 12 yrs. I am 5’5 & 123lbs. My surgeon doesn’t consider i need a lift but he does recommend up sizing at least 150cc( more so that i can get a better cleavage & upper pole. I am a little scared to turn out with big breast since in my thoughts i had an idea of exchanging to 380cc max, he recommends 450cc. Will I turn out too big?
Answer: That depends on your goals I do think that upsizing her breast implants will give you more full appearance. If you are concerned about looking too big I would push back against her surgeon. Sometimes it is helpful to compare your desired appearance with pre-and postop photographs of people very similar to yourself in build. If he would like to use a smaller implant, There is always the risk that he would have liked to have been bigger, but the same goes for putting in too large of an implant

It truly depends on the type of implant as well as there are multiple profiles depending on the implant company as well. I would recommend seeing a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with aesthetic surgery training and experience to tackle this type of problem in a safe and efficient manner. Answer: Size No one can answer what is "too big" for you. However, go back to your surgeon and ask to try on a sizer that is 150 cc's so you can actually see the difference.
