I lost all nipple sensation after my 2nd revision years ago. I now have capsular contracture and am scheduled for a revision to downsize, anchor lift and pocket tightening. Does the loss of sensation increase my post op risk for complications such as necrosis? What are my best options? Thank You

What you have now is a little large for your frame and causing your implants to sit somewhat high. Going larger will make this worse. The pockets could be lowered, but I suggest keeping this size. You may also have more rippling with larger implants as your tissue will be stretched and thinned...
