If I get bigger implants than what I have now (397cc) will my nipples end up hanging lower? (photo)

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

What you have now is a little large for your frame and causing your implants to sit somewhat high. Going larger will make this worse. The pockets could be lowered, but I suggest keeping this size. You may also have more rippling with larger implants as your tissue will be stretched and thinned even more.

If you went with a substantially fuller implant it might make the nipples look lower but they actually won't have moved any. Might not be an issue though so you can always do the implants and wait to see. I would recommend a periareolar lift if you want them higher, NOT lowering the crease to make them look more cenetered. If you lower the nice crease you have you open up the possibility of bottoming out and double bubble deformity so I would not go there.
