I've had a small Flowers Mandibular Glove implant inserted years ago. I like the way it makes my face look from the front, as it makes it look more defined and heart shaped, but hate how it looks from the side as it’s very unnatural. I already have a normal sized chin. If I was to remove the implant and get a face/neck lift instead, would I be able to get similar appearing results for the front of the face without the excess chin projection?
