I need expert guidance on my chin implant. I'm a 37-year-old man who had chin augmentation surgery with a silicone implant 4.5 years ago. Post-surgery, my lower left lip and chin were numb for 2 months, and although sensation returned, a tightness remained. Two months ago, the numbness returned, especially when speaking. My surgeon said the implant is irritating the nerves and suggested adjusting or removing it. I'm unsure whether to adjust or completely remove the implant. Pls help.
