Hi! You don't need to worry about this degree of asymmetry. This is normal for all humans to have (everyone has some degree of asymmetry). You can see how your eyebrow is also lower on that side too.

You have very mild asymmetry and asymmetry is very common. I would not recommend any corrective surgery.

100% of people have facial asymmetry.
During embryological development, the two sides of the face develop independently from each other, and eventually fuse in the midline.
Most facial asymmetry is based on bone structure. Moving the eyesockets requires major complex, cranial facial surgery, which I don’t think you need or want to undergo.
Your scholarship money was meant for your education.
Stay in school and realize that all people are asymmetrical. All internal organs are placed asymmetrically. People are left-handed or right, handed.
The human brain is accustomed to seeing human faces as being a symmetrical.
Because we’ve never seen a symmetrical face computer-generated images, representing perfect symmetrical faces, have an unfamiliar odd and unappealing look.
You do not need, nor should you have a surgical intervention for this?
