Some people have a prominent or protrusion of eye due to genetics; others related to the thyroid and should be medically worked up first.
Flatter cheeks can make eyes appear to be protruding. Filler is a good starting point but fat grafting may look more natural be longer laster. Fat is harvested by liposuction most commonly from the abdomen.

It is very difficult to make your eyes protrude less. It is easier to get your cheeks to protrude anteriorly. This can be done with silicone mandible implants. This would be the less invasive way to improve your appearance.

It appears that you have small cheek bones. Augmentation of cheeks with cheek implants would improve appearance of midface and eyes. Hope this helps.

If this condition has been getting worse, then you should see an ophthalmologist or talk to your primary care doctor about it.
Exophthalmos can be aggravated by thyroid conditions.
