I'm considering a lower blepharoplasty, but I chew nicotine gum. Is this a problem?

I'm in excellent health, with low bmi and low blood pressure and do not smoke cigarettes. Also in good cardiovascular health. 49 yr old female. Thanks in advance for your feedback
