Dog ear from upper blepharoplasty - should I get it surgically fixed or try more injections?

telangie
Dr originally said it's a suture granuloma, but I'm convinced it's a dog ear. (Was there from day 1.) Dr injected it a couple times with something that didn't help. Should I get it surgically fixed, or try more injections? Would a different dr. be more willing to fix it surgically?
