21, female, under eye hollows & creases, would lower blepharoplasty help? (Photos)

In my hands, the best way to fill the tear trough is with lower lid blepharoplasty (fat transposition) and potentially additional fat grafting to the midface. This surgery takes your natural fat and moves it to fill the tear trough. Additional fat may be needed in the midface which is done with fat grafting. Best to see an eyelid expert.

Hello Plucky, you are a perfect candidate for dermal fillers under the eyes (see link below). The challenge is find a practice or injector that does the procedure well. The best advice we can give is look for before and after photos like the ones we have posted.

Based on these photos you seem to have small cheek bones which is the reason for early creases and hollowness. Combination of small cheek implants for cheek augmentation and release of creases by means of lower transconjuctival blepharoplasty would be my choice. Good luck.

Well done trans-conjunctival Miller micro plasty may be a good option.
Especially if volume restoration is not an option.
A slightly conservative approach may be appropriate to not create a hollow appearance prematurely.
I suggest having multiple in person consultations. During each consultation ask providers to open up the portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of the previous patient with similar facial characteristics to your own. Preferably other patients who are also young.
