I had facial fat transfer in December four months after a facelift. In April I had it retouched with frozen fat (that was harvested in December) but the fat tends to stay in the cheek area but not in the periorbital area. I'm very reluctant to do filler (which I did for 10 years) Although more predictable I had a lot of eczema issues which I no longer have. My question is should try again with fat transfer? Each time I do it it's a little better but not like filler.
